Lenox Hill Hospital, New York, NY

Lenox Hill Hospital is located at 100 East 77th Street off Park Avenue, tel (212) 434-2000.  Lenox Hill is a private teaching hospital affiliated with the North Shore University Hospital.   The 64th Street Outpatient Surgery Center (formerly Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital - MEETH) is now the outpatient surgery unit where most of Dr. Yang's ambulatory surgery is performed.  It is located on 64th Street between Second and Third Avenues.  He is on rotation to cover the emergency room for hand and upper extremity emergencies.  He is actively involved in the teaching of orthopaedic surgery residents and medical students. 

Hospital for Joint Diseases, New York, NY

The Hospital for Joint Diseases is a specialty hospital dedicated to the treatment of musculoskeletal and neurological diseases. It is the orthopedic and rheumatological service of the NYU Langone Medical Center.  Dr. Yang is Clinical Assistant Professor of New York University School of Medicine.   The Hospital is located at 310 East 17th Street, tel (212) 598-6000.

New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens, Flushing, NY

The New York Hospital Medical Center of Queens is a teaching affiliate of the Weill-Cornell Medical College.  It is located on Main Street at Booth Memorial Avenue in Flushing, tel (718) 670-1231.

ProHealth, Lake Success, NY

Prohealth Care Associates is a multispecialty medical complex which includes an ambulatory surgery center, diagnostic imaging service, and rehabilitation facilities.  It is the official medical provider for the New York Jets Football Club and New York Islanders Hockey Team.  Dr. Yang sees patients during office hours here and performs surgery at the ambulatory surgery center. It is located at 2800 Marcus Avenue in Lake Success, tel (516) 622-6040.
